Descrizione: Per un responsabile dei servizi IT è fondamentale disporre di un ampio spettro di conoscenze tecnologiche, ma anche di competenze organizzative e di management specifiche per i processi IT, così come capacità di gestione di problematiche legali e di sicurezza con cui l'informatica si deve sempre più confrontare.
La pianificazione, la realizzazione e la gestione di servizi IT, richiedono quindi anche specifiche competenze manageriali e una comprensione dei processi e degli obiettivi aziendali.
