UAS SWITZERLAND builds on direct contact. It is committed to achieving a high degree of recognition, works with third parties and is represented on important committees.

 

 

Lobbying: several times a day.

UAS SWITZERLAND fosters and promotes exchange with groups from industry, universities of applied sciences, administrations, political sector and the media. It supports companies with their work and communicates openly and visibly with its members. UAS SWITZERLAND works with other associations and organisations in Switzerland and abroad.

UAS SWITZERLAND is the official information and advisory centre on the conversion of degrees (subsequent acquisition of the University of Applied Science degree). It finds further contacts and provides a number of services.

 

 

Selected instruments.

UAS SWITZERLAND issues its own journal, INLINE, three times a year. It therefore helps to shape opinions, provides information on current topics and creates an overview of continuing education.  In turn, the homepage provides access to specific topics and provides the relevant documents. It also provides access to the unique UAS-specific jobs market (see also www.fhjobs.ch). Thanks to the commitment of industrial sponsors, the unique continuing education master database went live in summer 2007 (see also www.fhmaster.ch).

UAS SWITZERLAND has a branch in Zurich and another in Delémont. Including an internship for the vocational school-leaving certificate and a commercial apprenticeship.
